Employer Value Proposition
- Every organization needs to define its identity and effectively communicate that identity through its Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- An EVP answers the question, “What do I get for working here?” It encompasses the benefits and rewards that employees receive from their organization, and it reflects and describes the company’s culture.
- An EVP should be in harmony with an organization’s values and serve as a true representation of its day-to-day practices.
